student focusing in class

By focusing on key areas of need, we leverage the experience of our board members in providing the most value to the University at Buffalo.

Serving the needs of the University at Buffalo–the largest and most comprehensive campus in the renowned SUNY system–requires highly specialized skills in strategic areas including finance, investments and real estate management.

To meet these needs, our organization is comprised of seven affiliates. Each affiliate fills a vital role by performing a key set of tasks consistent with its established purpose. Together, they allow us to fulfill our overall mission, and help UB thrive. These private, tax-exempt corporations allow us to provide the most value, flexibility and betterment to the entire UB community. Please note that each affiliate is an independent 501(c)(3) entity.
